1. General Information

Stack PhotoBooth, where luxury meets innovation. Operating in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, London, and Kent, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences tailored to your unique needs. Whether you prefer our classic Photo Booth or our cutting-edge Stack Booth, our bespoke services ensure every moment is captured with elegance and style. Discover the perfect blend of tradition and modernity for your truly exceptional day.


2. User Location

Our services are available to users in the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. We do not offer our services to users in the United States.


3. Hosting

Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom and is not hosted in any other country.


4. Services

We sell services for personal and business use. Our offerings include luxury photo booth experiences tailored to the unique needs of our clients.


5. Age Restrictions

Users under the age of 18 may use our platform. However, profiles are created by us after users fill out the enquiry form at the following URL: https://stack-photobooth.co.uk/enquire/


6. Account Creation

Users cannot create an account directly on our platform. Profiles are created by our team after an enquiry form is submitted.


7. Payments

We accept payments through the following gateways:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Bank Transfer

All payments are processed in GBP.


8. Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Booking:

A non-refundable deposit of £120 is required to secure your event date with us. This deposit is usually fully/partially refundable, except under certain conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Refund Schedule:

  • Cancelling 6 months prior to the event: You will receive 60% of your deposit back.
  • Cancelling 4 months prior to the event: You will receive 40% of your deposit back.
  • Cancelling within 40 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  • Changing Your Event Date: There is no cost to change your event date.
  • If we are available on your new date, your full deposit will be transferred to the new date.
  • If you reschedule more than 6 months before the original event date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back if we cannot accommodate the new date.
  • If you reschedule within 6 months of the original event date, you will receive 60% of your deposit back if we cannot accommodate the new date.
  • We will do our best to find a suitable alternative if your new date is unavailable.

 

Full Payment:

Full payment for the event is required 1 month before the event date. You are welcome to make this payment at any time before the 1-month window. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your event unforgettable. If you have any questions or need further clarification on our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.


9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from selling or transferring profiles created on our platform.


10. Content Upload

Users cannot upload or post content on our platform, including comments, articles, photos, audio, videos, etc.


11. Reviews

Users may submit reviews of our services. We reserve the right to moderate and publish these reviews as deemed appropriate.


12. Third-Party Websites

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party websites.


13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and Stack PhotoBooth will be resolved through informal negotiations first. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it will proceed to arbitration. The arbitration will take place in the United Kingdom, specifically in Eastbourne, East Sussex, and will be conducted in English. Parties must mediate for 30 days before initiating an arbitration proceeding.


14. SMS Text Messages

We do not send SMS text messages to our users.
