Who we are

Stack was born from our own wedding planning journey. Set to celebrate in the summer of 2020, we—like so many others—had to rethink everything when COVID changed our plans. One thing that stayed was our photobooth, and it sparked an idea. We wanted to create a unique photobooth experience, one that felt effortless, flexible, and completely tailored to each event.

With a background in design, Adam ensures every printout is professional and polished—without any intrusive branding, just like we wanted for our own wedding. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the process stress-free, so you can focus on making memories.

Proccess

So we can tailer our package to you please fill out the enquire form (button below), this will give us a clearer understanding of what you are after. After this we will follow up with either a phone consultation or a video call. This is where we can discuss what we can offer and you can ask any questions you may have.

Once the enquire step is complete we will create a profile for you and your details will be emailed to you. 

An invoice will be generated outlining your event details and personalised package. You can either pay a deposit to secure the date or pay the total invoice price upfront to secure your date. Please see our terms and conditions for cancellations and refund policy.

Your event details can be updated within your user profile as well as changing your dates. Please see our rescheduling policy in our terms and conditions.

Once your deposit / invoice has been paid you will see the next step on your profile asking you to submit design preferences. Here you can specify your theme or anything else that may aid us in designing a coherent print out that matches your event. You can also upload relevant documents such as example invites that we can use as our inspiration.

Here you will also select your backdrop you would like. If there isnt one that you like please contact us and we can try to source something that is more in keeping to your event. There may be a chargeable fee involved. Click here to view our current range.

If you are a Level 2 or 3 customer you can also specify a wrap for the Stack Booth. Click here to view our current range of wraps.

After submitting your design preferences we will start designing your invites. Your designs will be visible on your profile once they are completed and you will be notified via email.

Once the designs are up you can approve the designs or request changes to them.

If you paid a deposit and not the full invoice you need to pay in full one month before your event date. Please view our payment terms and conditions for more info.

After your event you, we will upload all photos onto our website. Including print outs and individual photos. These are password protected and only you can see the password. You can share a link to other guests and provide them with a password for them to access.

Photos are stored on our website for 6 months after they are uploaded.

Overview of terms and conditions

Our comitment to you

When you book with us and everything is confirmed, you can count on us 100% to be there for your event. We know how stressful planning an event can be, especially when you’re juggling so many different suppliers, and our goal is to make things as easy as possible for you. Life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way, but if something were to prevent us from attending personally, we have a trusted team ready to step in and make sure everything goes smoothly. You can rest easy knowing we’re fully committed to making your day as special and memorable as it deserves to be.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Booking:

A fully/partially refundable deposit of £120 is required to secure your event date with us. This deposit is fully/partially refundable, except under certain conditions outlined below.

Full Payment:

Full payment for the event is required 1 month before the event date. You are welcome to make this payment at any time before the 1-month window. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your event unforgettable. If you have any questions or need further clarification on our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Refund Schedule:

We ourselves went through having to reschedule and cancel suppliers due to Covid. We understand how difficult things can be when trying to chase money back from suppliers. The cancellation schedule below outlines our standard refund policy but we take onboard personal situations and urge our customers to contact us explaining their cancellation reasons.
  • Cancelling 6 months prior to the event: You will receive 60% of your deposit back.
  • Cancelling 4 months prior to the event: You will receive 40% of your deposit back.
  • Cancelling within 40 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  • Changing Your Event Date: There is no cost to change your event date.
  • If we are available on your new date, your full deposit will be transferred to the new date.
  • If you reschedule more than 6 months before the original event date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back if we cannot accommodate the new date.
  • If you reschedule within 6 months of the original event date, you will receive 60% of your deposit back if we cannot accommodate the new date.
  • We will do our best to find a suitable alternative if your new date is unavailable.
